Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to lose a little more weight. I have learned the slower I lose weight the longer it stays off. I have resisted eating out all week despite many opportunities.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I may have pushed myself a little too hard, i feel i strained a tendon in my leg.
