Non-scale victory of the week!

I tried TWO different workout classes last week! One core boxing class and one spinning class as well as going to the gym! So proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have ate more. For some reason I was super lazy and didn’t make the time to properly meal prep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to enjoy tempting food without binging and I made it to the gym 4 days instead of just laying around wishing I had went.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could definitely have meal prepped better (or at all).

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t really have any NSV’s this past week. I’ve felt like I’ve been in a slump and haven’t felt confident at all.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have worked out over the weekend, not had more than one cheat day, and I could have made more of an effort to be productive in general.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I completely fell off the wagon these last few days. My boyfriend brought home pizza one day for lunch then I had a Jimmy Johns sub for dinner the same day. Then continued my binge with popcorn and lord knows what else. I am so bummed out and disappointed in myself. I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 216 lbs, which would mean I have gained 5 lbs in water weight/fat. UGH.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I weighed in with my nutritionist yesterday and I had lost over 5 lbs over the past week! I exercised 6/7 days and followed my meal plan to a T! Then this morning I weighed myself again (because I see my nutritionist after work around 5:00 pm, I like to see my true weight the next morning) and the scale showed 211.5 lbs!! Only 1.7 lbs from my 4% weight loss goal since joining this Dietbet! I cannot WAIT to see how much more comes off during the remaining 18 days!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I probably could have forced myself to weight train a little more. I mostly stuck with cardio.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I challenged myself to hike up this really steep hill every day last week. It was really hard at first and I would only go up and down it once. Then towards the end of the week I was going for four times. It’s not a huge accomplishment but I stuck to something and it eventually got easier. It’s just given me more motivation to believe in myself during this entire process.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a couple cheat meals during the weekend. Though I know they didn’t completely hinder my progress, I’m curious as to what my progress would look like now if I wouldn’t have cheated.
