6 out of 7 days I hit my water goal and I picked healthier options even when my family didn’t.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I only hit the gym twice last week, instead of my 4-5 usual visits.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Planned every meal for the next two weeks, trashed my sweet tooth weaknesses, stocked up on healthier sweet options, and measuring and tracking everything I eat and drink!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sleep! Go to bed at a reasonable time instead of adding an extra episode of GOT, this making me stay up later.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made a plan for meals and meal prepped it all. I made sure I was ready for success. (Was barely touched though due to getting some kind of stomach bug?)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat better. Even though I planned and meal prepped for the week, I was sick the entire week and barely ate anything I planned for. Mom came in town and made all her “get better soon” meals. I can say I ate small portions of her meals when I could eat and keep it down. This week, I’m sticking to my meal plan no matter what!

Stick to my meal plan, get at least 3 workouts in, and get my gallon of water in daily. Gotta get back in the swing of things! I got this!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

My favorite jeans keep fitting better and better! When I could eat (got sick with a bug), I made healthy choices. My family even ate what I ate!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Hit the gym. I didn’t make it to the gym to lift not once (dizzy spells). But I walked extra isles at the store (as long as my kids would let me!) and did small weights at home.

On Monday I was able to get into my favorite pair of jeans again. It’s been almost two years since I last wore them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I caught a bug or something and have been sick-sick for two days now. My goal was to make it to the gym 4x this week and so far I’ve been able to go once.

My family ate out 4 times this week. Whataburger, Shipley’s, Pizza, and Chick Fil A. I resisted even a bite on 3 of the 4 meals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Stayed on track with my meal planning and start my personal training sessions and loving it! Plus I got a FitBit Charge 2 and I’m pretty motivated to hit the gym!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still took ONE bit of Blue Bell ice cream every night before bed. This week, I’ll be eating sugar free Jello with a serving of Ready Whip. Tone down that sugar!

Daily meal prepping and planning. I’ll be logging in ALL my weighed out food. And my AdvoCare products! I started running this morning (MWF) and I’ll be with a personal trainer for the next 6 weeks on Tues/Thur. I’m pumped and excited for this journey!
