our schedule has been busy with home hunting, and we haven’t done a lot of grocery shopping or going to the gym, but i have been watching my calories in vs calories out.

i could have made it to the gym or chose better food options

Non-scale victory of the week!

because of the -50° wind chills and my car breaking down, we stayed with family, and i didn’t over eat on comfort food. i didn’t go to the gym those two days, but i went late after work friday night.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i could have worked out at our family’s house

i will continue to improve my routine and teach myself to be happy with any loss: big or small.

i tried a new class at the gym on a whim, and i loved it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i could have been more creative with food aside from my lunches. our oven is broken until tomorrow, and i used it as an excuse not to cook as much.

i went to the gym 6 out of 7 days, and i plan on continuing to do that and possibly pushing a little harder for better results.
