Long-term goal weight

155 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I've never been that low of a weight in my adult life. I think the last time I was that weight, I was 13. It makes it a little daunting, but I've seen my mom go from almost 400lbs to 160 in the past 3 years and it's an inspiration to me. I'm sure I can do it if I set my mind to it.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get a little more exercise than I do usually. I work 6 days a week, constantly on my feet, but that shouldn't be my only form of exercise.
