I went to yoga class twice this week and stuck to my calorie goals. I'm hopeful that these habits will help me break my plateau

I need to work on my sleep. Even if it means taking my husband to the mat about his snoring.

Slowwly getting back to eating healthier again.

My diet was still crap this week. And I skipped a run to sit on the couch and watch Netflix.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran a personal best in a 5k on Saturday. I'm still no speedy Gonzalez but I'm getting faster. Not as fast as my Dad either. He took 3rd for his age group in his first 5k ever and I'm super proud.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still had a hard week with the food because of the steroids I think. But I did better than previous weeks for sure.

To really lock in on eating healthy and reasonable portions and see how much I can lose in time for my road trip that starts on the 16th. I also need to sleep more this week.

I still got my workouts in, even though I really didn't feel motivated.

I was upset about a health issue and used it as an excuse to eat garbage.

Holy calf muscles batman, all this training for races is starting to show in my legs!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get back to more consistent good eating habits. I definitely could have lost more this last couple of weeks if I had been better about sticking to a healthy diet.

Finally got my membership for the track at the local rec center and went for a run

Do better on eating in moderation during the weekend. Continue to stay dairy free to see how it impacts my skin and digestion. Go for a run at least twice. Get back to my yoga practice more regularly.
