I suppose I made a bit more of an effort with what I did in my exercise and this week

SLOW DOWN my eating at dinner, so I don't overeat... and say no to the treats

Finding that since I started this journey 10 weeks ago, I've gone from sizes 16-18 AU to size 12-ish in pants and 10-ish in tops..! (Australian sizes)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water regularly, try and get in a few arm weights before bed perhaps...

Not quite as many processed or calorie dense foods (even if they DO fit in by caloric budget)...

Learning to not let a v difficult relationship sabotage me. Exercised instead of bingeing on chocolate

Slow down, and allow my stomach to register when it's full, and stop eating a little sooner
