happy with small victories! yesterday had a huge vegan lunch but hardly any dinner. sticking to noom and just barely going over the calory budget each day

sticking to the no sugar no carbs pretty well!

had a big Chinese meal on Thursday and am still feeling the effects of that. felt more groggy and weighed 1kilo more the next day. probably mainly water weight but still annoyed with that.
