Non-scale victory of the week!
last week was not great to start. I ate off plan sunday through Wednesday and gained 2lbs over previous week. I tried Monday to go to a 2 mea a day plan and that didn’t help. Thursday I went back to my strict bright lines eating and have had 2 bright days in a row! I feel like I need to remember that bright lines followed exactly are the way I’m gonna make it through. I put that the past week went well for a :-) because I was able to get back on track!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I should not have had drinks on Sunday. The beer I drink sent me into a binge.
