Non-scale victory of the week!

last week was not great to start. I ate off plan sunday through Wednesday and gained 2lbs over previous week. I tried Monday to go to a 2 mea a day plan and that didn’t help. Thursday I went back to my strict bright lines eating and have had 2 bright days in a row! I feel like I need to remember that bright lines followed exactly are the way I’m gonna make it through. I put that the past week went well for a :-) because I was able to get back on track!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should not have had drinks on Sunday. The beer I drink sent me into a binge.

I stayed 100% bright all week and went on several long walks!

nothing! i even put back food that I was going to snack on

My boyfriend says he can see definition in my knees!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Always food, I need to not cheat, had almond milk yesterday after going to the gym. I should have gone home and had cherries since the chocolate almond milk had 22g of sugar.

The guys got to go! This weekend I’m walk jogging my first 5k in about 6 years. Exercise 5-6x this upcoming week and beat this challenge!

I got back on track after being away from home and not being on the right food path.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planned my meals away better. I went on a mini vacation camping and ate waaaay off my food plan and gained instead of lost. It was also so hot that I didn’t want to get outside and exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though I had ice cream and popcorn this week I think overall I did excellent resisting food temptation. I really wanted to stop at Wendy’s last night on my way home at 11pm, I even looked up the nutritional info on the nuggets I wanted. Instead I drove a different way so I wouldn’t pass one and made it home without cheating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not cheated, I had ice cream on Sunday and popcorn yesterday at the movies.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been doing really well with all my goals and resisting getting ice cream while I am out of the house. I’ve been going on 3 mile walks every other day or so. Committing to what food I will eat for the day the night before and really sticking to weighing my food and no snacking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not had a drink of Friday night. I had a gin and tonic which is not on the food plan.

Take it one day at a time, remind myself that sugar and flour are not my food at least for today. Each day is new so only worry about today.
