What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Commitment. I have lost weight before, with a group of friends. Then I gained it back when we stopped working out together. I have a hard time sticking to healthy choices and exercise by myself. Like with this DietBet, my first week was horrible. The second week I decided if it was gonna work, I needed to get serious. I planned meals and didn't over eat. I also got to moving. I just needed to spark myself and find my "why". I feel if I keep my "why" at the forefront, I should be able to get this done.
