Feeling good about hiking in the snow every day now that my puppy has recovered from minor surgery.

Now that 10k steps is back in place need to get gym workouts back on the schedule

Non-scale victory of the week!

Skied 4 days in Breckenridge, legs were stronger than expected, thanks to all my walking. Knee wasn't as sore as usual and actually skied without Knee brace last 2 days.

Vacation food and drink could have been better
