Today i’m going to lay back down and go to sleep. I’m annoyed. i’ve dieted right. drank all my water(a gallon a day) and worked out almost every single day since the beginning of this dietbet and my weight just keeps fluctuating it’ll go down 4 lbs and back up 2lbs. not sure what more i can do to lose the weight.

This constantly happens to me! It’s usually water weight and your muscles recovering from workouts. Don’t give up, you will see progress soon!
