Non-scale victory of the week!

I have taken care of myself (especially walking!) even though my spouse has been sick. Taking care of him and all he normally does has been difficult, but I still ate apples for snack and stayed (mostly) away from sweets.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

sleep! I probably should have slept on the couch some nights, or in my daughter’s bedroom. I am so tired.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Thanksgiving and the holidays are really, really hard. I am challenging myself to meditate 4 of the 7 days and to get up and put in my unofficial weight next Thursday (it’s cold and I’m a big baby about the cold).

I have signed up for this again—the only way I’ve lost weight in decades. After a couple horrible months I am taking responsibility for my health again.

I could have prioritized walking, but I will take that on this week.

pain! there is a distinct absence of pain!!!! it’s amazing. keeping up with PT and walking and limiting sugar (mostly) has helped so much. I’m afraid I willl overdo it since I’m not used to it tho

I let myself slide a lot the last two days, with a friend visiting

I have been able to fast a lot more. I need a better schedule, but I still have done it more than the last few weeks. and I tracked my water in my BuJo

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I missed a couple days of walking because of smoke and rain. I should have made a point of biking those days. And tracking, after my break I need to start tracking better.

I have been so sick. I have barely worked out and fear I am losing all my gains. but, luckily I am in the thought WayBetter bet and it is making me remember that I should change my thinking

for the first time I actually feel like I have some measure of control in this. it’s always felt more like a punishment or reward for not losing weight, this week it feels more…like a result?

I tried very hard to strive for balance. -allowing myself ice cream, etc. but I could have pushed exercises harder

my legs are getting less swollen!!!! i don’t know if it’s what I’m eating or that I’m exercising more, but my lymphedema seems to be going down a bit!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

lost a little more at the beginning of the week? i watched what I ate very carefully and walked a lot more than I would have liked to today in order to get those last .2 of a pound

I am TERRIFIED of 200. I have lost to that point and then gained A LOT back plus. I am going to focus on meditating this week and journaling to help me with this fear.
