Hmm... from last Friday? Non-scale victory would be I made my lunches for work and brought it with me despite chaos of first wk of summer school.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Going to sleep on time!!!! Lack of sleep and teaching don’t mix well. I’ve increased weight instead of losing. Still less then when I started , but still!
