I last like 20-25min TOPS at the gym. How do you ladies stay long than that? I really struggle to get a good workout in. HELP.

I HAVE to take my iPad with me, make an awesome video/music playlist. Foo Fighters, G&R, etc. This am I was randomly watching Drake’s “In My Feelings” & celebrity challenges on treadmill & before I knew it 20 min had passed! I try to do at least 45 min of cardio.

I watch Netflix or Hulu while I'm on the treadmill and try to last for at least 1, 45 min episode.

I’ve lost the ability to look at myself & think anything positive. I no longer want to feel embarrassed or ashamed. I want to feel healthy. I want to look healthy. I want to be active more with my family. I want to rework my thinking back to positive speech & thought. I want to feel comfortable in my own body again & take back control of my life. I’m working on not just losing weight but balancing me. A healthy mind & healthy body. I’m losing weight to balance myself. To live the best life I can for myself & most importantly my family.

Alright ladies... Cafe Rio is my life and I love it. But I am determined to stay within my calories tonight when my husband and I go. So... do I eat my lunch and get a smaller salad or save up the calories and get a bigger salad??

i love fasting during the day when i know I'm going for dinner so i can really enjoy the food I'm paying top $ for! buttttttt you can always just ask for small adjustments that make it just as good without all the cals like dressing on the side etc!! i've gone as far as bringing my own salad dressing to a restaurant lol
