Hi, I’m from Colorado. I travel a ton during the Holidays for visiting family out of state and also during the summer for my sons travel baseball. I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids. My goal long term goal is to lose 30 pounds of fat and increase muscle so that I can be my best self to everyone. I struggle with overindulging during Holidays and traveling so want to lose 4% rather then gain this December and end the year stronger!

  • I eat lots of veggies at dinner but definitely fall short at lunchtime, so today I got a veggie tray to snack on and eat before I have my peanut butter strawberry egg white roll up! No excuses! Veggies first!?
