What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking to eating healthy or rather keeping my sweet tooth in check especially when I'm tired. EAting enough calories for my workouts. Also dealing with the changes that occur with my body...it is great to see changes, feel the changes but sometimes I resort to old ways of being because I don't know how to accept the new me.
