What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I've been hovering around 20 lbs above my best weight for a while now, and in spite of making some great progress, there are a lot of habits that are hard to shake. I'm great at exercising (I ride my bike about 10 miles every day, and almost always hit my goal of walking at least 5 miles per day), but I tend to fall off the wagon when it comes to dieting. I think a few little adjustments will help get me to where I'm going, but I'm very resistant to telling myself no!
