I’ve been out of control today is the first day of in control I was afraid to get on the scale now I did it

I stayed on track with food

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise I couldn’t do had major problems at my house lightning hit all appliances weather park air-conditioning cable TV everything was out I had to call electrician still working on different things getting fixed but I stayed on track with food so I’m proud of myself I thought I would’ve lost more but I didn’t
