I had food poisoning, so this weight loss is artificial. It came from an attempt at a better choice, turkey bacon. I’ll use this loss to finish, the bet strong since I feel like it gives me a chance to be back in the game.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined Weight Watchers and have made better choices. I haven’t resisted all temptation, but I have said no on a few occasions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still haven’t been to the gym. I’ll get there eventually but the change of eating habits has been my focus.
