Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined Weight Watchers and have made better choices. I haven’t resisted all temptation, but I have said no on a few occasions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still haven’t been to the gym. I’ll get there eventually but the change of eating habits has been my focus.

So far, I ate breakfast everyday, which is a meal I always skip. Also I have snacked less.
