Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to the farmers market and stocked up on fresh veg. Ate spaghetti sauce over squash and it was wonderful! Yum.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Diet choices over all, gave into temptation over the weekend and then for a coworkers going away party. But there will always be an excuse to splurge.

Resisting take out!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did have a candy "binge" one night, but had been so far under my calorie goal for the day that it didn't effect my weight. But eating more throughout the day would have been better than having a calorie excess at the end of the day.
