What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less carbs? I binge a little bit while studying but nothing bad... Basically I just wanted to eat emotionally but I controlled it very well. Happy this week

I was on holidays and definetly it could be better.... I have regain a big amount of weight. It, s been very difficult to leave the obesity range! Almost there!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keep on track! I have already lost a big amount of weight, but the last months I feel stuck and I have lost a bit the motivation.

5 days of exercise including cardio and weight lifting, sleep at least 6 or 7 hours between shifts, keep the diet balanced and reduce binge eating more ( I haven't been doing to much, but I thing enough to be in the same weight)
