What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I can stick to a diet plan for awhile, but eventually it becomes tedious. I need to find a way to make it stick. I want to have a continuously healthy lifestyle, not just a diet that I follow when I want to lose weight.

I created an exercise plan that I want to stick with. I also want to improve my diet by eating more salads and veggies. I need to start packing my lunch again instead of buying.
