I have been trying to be active every day. Going out in my garden and doing work there has helped immensely

I need to weare up on the negative self talk, but the fact that I gained 30lbs is disheartening.

I'm feeling stronger at I continue to work out. I also all finding a huge emotional boost when I work out.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I opened up an entire wardrobe of skinny clothes to myself. A lot of the old clothes I have saved up now fit!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Diet was pretty on pointe. Probably more veggies and definitely more exercise other than just daily walks.
