What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Eating smaller portions. I’ve always not had to watch what I eat because of my active lifestyle , but it’s become more and more difficult.

Running more on days I don’t lift. Running more on days I do lift. Wind sprints on days I lift upper body to give legs and posterior chain a rest for leg and lower body days.
