I was able to run non stop for 5 minutes straight and reached a mile on the treadmill.

I feel my face getting a little thinner and my jaw bone becoming more apparent. I also did the stair climber for a whole 15 minutes without stopping on level 1.

I could have incorporated weights way more into my excersice, that is something I have to work on.
