Continued to resist tempting foods and drinks

Food wise I did worse than last week but I still resisted a lot. Not eating dessert most nights. Avoiding wine. Etc.

I packed a spinach watermelon salad with homemade dressing to go to the zoo with my kids. Avoided all the junk food!
