What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly I really stuck with everything to finish strong. This is the first time I’ve ever been committed to making a change.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prep has been going well! I’ve been parking at work further back to get more steps.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating better. I mostly stayed on Keto but there were a few meals I didn’t.

To workout 30m a day, keep on my 100oz of water, stay on track with my meal planning and get as much sleep as I can.
