everyday I made an effort not to eat sweets that were offered to me and I managed to resist!!

had a few drinks on Friday that were pointless calories. will work on that for this weekend!

signed up for diet bet again. I was nervous to actually sign up again because I have not been consistent in months, gaining back everything I lost at the beginning of the year.
