Non-scale victory of the week!
I think I’ve turned the corner on my horrible eating habits. My calorie intake has gone down to diet levels or real close to it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have drunk more water, and taken vitamins. I also need to be generally more active throughout the day to get more calories burned.
