Non-scale victory of the week!

I think I’ve turned the corner on my horrible eating habits. My calorie intake has gone down to diet levels or real close to it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have drunk more water, and taken vitamins. I also need to be generally more active throughout the day to get more calories burned.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No real victories this week, other than Some of what I’m eating is from my Sun Basket meals, and therefore good for me, and very tasty, I’m having a hard time shaking my holiday splurging.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat only hard boiled eggs for breakfast. And stop rewarding myself with food. Shoot, I reward myself even if I did nothing to deserve it!

I didn’t eat as bad as the week before, and I think I’m ready to get back on the band wagon, aka eating healthy and reasonably.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not sat in the recliner ALLLLL day binge watching Blue Bloods.

I started a runbet that starts tomorrow. It’s my second runbet. I rocked the first one and ran a couple 5ks in two days.

Didn’t gain what I expected.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat more healthy but I think I needed this time to just balance out and enjoy the holidays. I didn’t go crazy with junk food. So that is a big victory for me.
