Non-scale victory of the week!

A costume belt I had tailored for me a few months ago fell off during an event. It was too loose! Inconvenient at the time, but very awesome

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better tracking and self-control. Had a weekend with family so saying no to more food than I needed was harder.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite friends visiting, I was able to maintain somewhat of a calorie dedicit.
