Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate a pretty balanced diet all week. Lots of fruits and veggies, but was still able to fit in some dessert and fast food and stay in a deficit. Spent more time outside!

I'm fully vaccinated now!! I signed up hello fresh to hopefully simplify meal planning and sticking with healthy eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Be more active. The vaccine kicked my but and took me out of commission for a couple days. it's been harding getting back on track.

I'm starting tap class on Monday, and starting Sydney Cummings Summer Time Fine on Monday as well. I'm excited to be more active!

Everything. Feeling super burned out on tracking and cooking, and it's getting hot outside so how and afternoon walks aren't as appealing or fun as they were a few weeks ago.
