I made healthy food choices on my first day of holiday at Universal Studios Japan, and walked more than 30K steps.. I’m going to try and find an Osaka Anytime Fitness branch tomorrow so I can get to the gym.
And I’m only halfway through the week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have done better with portion size, as I’ve had pre-made meals due to traveling yesterday and today.
