Non-scale victory of the week!

My clothes are fitting better, and even though my weight loss is tapering off, it seems that my body composition is changing!

I resisted snacking while at Universal Studios Japan on vacation last week!

Less alcohol, although I had a good time at the beach BBQ with my friends.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made healthy food choices on my first day of holiday at Universal Studios Japan, and walked more than 30K steps.. I’m going to try and find an Osaka Anytime Fitness branch tomorrow so I can get to the gym. And I’m only halfway through the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done better with portion size, as I’ve had pre-made meals due to traveling yesterday and today.

I was able to do shoulder presses without giving up before completing a set. And I went to the gym seven days this past week!

Even though I went out after work with some coworkers, I was able to get back right on track the next morning.

I should have had more willpower, and not done 飲み放題 with my coworkers.
