Non-scale victory of the week!

I stopped myself from binge eating. I had a really bad spell the days prior so I was able to muster up some will power to stop despite how low I was feeling.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I yielded a little more self control with my emotions by transferring them into something more productive instead of something destructive (aka emotional eating)

Don't give into my emotional eating. If I feel anxious or overwhelmed go work out, go walking, or write.

Non-scale victory of the week!

One of my t-shirts felt a tad looser on me! I've been rocking XL/XXL in dude shirts and they were beginning to feel snug. I put it on and it didn't choke my stomach ?? YAS QUEEN! - And my sleep schedule is starting to get back on track

Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted eating late last night. I felt a smidge hungry but I drank water instead of binged on snacks.

Tapped into a more positive mental state sooner.

Eating has always been a challenge for me. I've always been an emotional eater and it's hindered me a lot. Self sabotage is a thing.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to exercise at least a half an hour or more a day. I want to take control of my food intake by eating consciously. I want to eat less processed foods and eat more whole foods. I want to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours. I want to drink two liters of water a day.
