besty L. : It's a bluetooth bottle that comes with an app to track how much water you consume each day.
It also has a wonderful reminder feature when it feels you are behind in your water intake and lights up the bottle. It can also send you cute little sayings to your phone to remind you as well.
Ex. my most recent one was KSS - Keep sipping simply. :) It's expensive but for me, it was worth the money since I'm terrible about staying adequately hydrated. https://hidratespark.com/

I've been using hydro coach to help track my water. It's a free app. You plug in your weight, age and other things like temperature and it gives you a goal to reach for water. That' helps me see what I have done so far.
