Non-scale victory of the week!

There are sweets and chocolate all around my work place. Did I resist them all, no, but I only had 2 pieces this entire week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Added low impact exercise such as yoga that I could do with my foot being out of commission.

I’m drinking less soda.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate crackers and cheese increasing water retention due to their saltiness. I also weighed in at the end of the day right after eating dinner. I could have exercised more.

What a great start! I’ve only drank a total of 30 ounces of Mt. Dew this week.

My activity could have been increased. I did get do more work around the house.
