Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the store last night and really wanted to buy something to eat. It was after 6 when I quit eating, so not a good idea. Instead, I thought about the new clothes I can buy later with money I save by not eating junk and went home. It was hard but not impossible to resist when I remembered the reasons I am working to lose weight: health, fitness, fitting into my clothes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More walking and cycling I am a horseshoer so work physically on a frequent basis but I need to do other forms of exercise too.

Continue eating well, avoid overeating even healthy foods, increase walking and horseback riding for my mental well-being so I don’t eat out of boredom or discouragement .
