Non-scale victory of the week!

Walked past cookies in lobby of hotel 3 times. Didn’t eat a single one.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did indulge with a glass of wine and chips and salsa which likely didn’t help.

Really need to avoid the things that have lots of sugar including orange juice. Maybe try something else instead.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to avoid alcohol and sweets during a 3 day corporate event. Both were in plentiful supply and was able to resist both.

Could have avoided carbs a bit more.
