none.. starting back again as I gained all the weight I lost a yeah and half ago

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I haven’t done a DietBet since December and went on. Cruise in January. Since then it has been a struggle getting back in track and gained 22lbs since my last DietBet :( I am also on my cycle so I am sure it is some water weight but time to get serious
