Got back to working out at least 4 days a week

A couple less treats. I already decreased the amount I eat but I know I can do more

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started a new exercise program which I am enjoying much more and seems to be doable! I have actually done the majority of exercises over the last two weeks :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Munching on treats but it was my birthday so it was a bit difficult :/

Continue with this exercise regimen and focus on diet now.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting tempting food. I get free food at the hospital I work at and there is a huge dessert area which is really difficult to ignore.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week I probably could have still eaten better by having less snacking.

I really can’t fit in exercise because of my 12 hr hospital shifts and I’m on my feet all day. So my goal will be to not snack as much or pick healthier things to snack on. Gotta keep that image of me looking great in my wedding dress
