I’ve been walking and I never walk or exercise.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No cheat days. They scared me because I gained weight and didn’t think I was going to loose the weight back. I know cheats are ok but I need to learn not to go overboard.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To pay more attention to what I eat and portions. Although I’m eating healthy stuff I feel like I’m over indulging. If I win my bet I want to join the gym.
