Hey Everybody! As everyone trickles in (we still have a little less than 2 weeks till we start) I just wanted to say hi and thank you for being here.

Please feel free to share any tricks or tips you have for reaching your goals.

Intermittent fasting works best for me. I usually have dinner at 5p and stop eating around 10p. So I have a 20 hour fasting window.

I use the Zero app to keep track.

Fasting isn’t for everyone but it works for me.

Let me know if you have any questions about fasting.

Hi! I love the zero app too! I use IF and love it! I’m currently getting back into it. I’m doing OMAD also, but I sometimes have a small snack, usually a fat. I would love to move into the 20 hour fast with just that eating window.

Hello! Thank you for hosting this diet bet! I had success with keto over summer! The past 2 months have been stressful and I have been eating and drinking alcohol too much! I’m doing keto again for this diet bet and I’m not drinking any alcohol.
