What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This past week I was in the hospital for three days. I had emergency surgery on my hernia. I was on a continuous I.V. drip of sodium chloride. I weighed myself when I came home and saw that I had a weight gain of more than 5 pounds. I am disappointed. I just started my first DietBet and this had to happen on the second day. I will weigh myself today to see if I lost any more weight..
