Didn’t have a very good start of the week, but it got better! Had stomache acid reflux issues on Sunday and Monday, had neck pain Tues and Wed. But by Thursday I just got over everything mentally, stopped letting things bother me, and ready to keep on fighting for better health!

Use the weekend to rejuvenate, to rest, to catch up on sleep, to take care of my surroundings, to connect with loved ones...BUT NOT TO OVEREAT CRAP!!!

Sleep on time! Work out daily! It doesn’t do any good nor do I get any more rest by rolling in bed for an hour after the alarm rings! Just get up and work out to start the day off right!

Don’t bring work home, especially on weekends, just don’t, period. It still won’t get done, and stresses me out. Sleep! Sleep!! Sleep!!!

Next week will be hectic with an out of town trip and the start of school. I will keep stress under control by getting enough sleep, eating healthy, juicing, and exercising!
