I got a lot of good workouts in this week. I also really pushed the water

I still need to tighten up the diet. I went off a little too much yesterday and I think the scale reflected that this morning

I’m going on a mini vacation (Tuesday-Thursday). My diet will not be great those 3 days. My goal is to jump right back in on Friday morning with workouts and workouts.
