Most everything. Although I lost weight it is more from stress than anything.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Didnt really have on this week. I did eat a little better but not much. Work was very crazy so emotional ate all week. But the bonus was I had to do a lot of walking at work and some lifting.

Made better food choices when I was stressed out. Planned ny meals better.
