Remaining conscious of weight, and not blocking that out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food planning and prep. Drink more water. Eat earlier. Exercise daily.

Meal plan and prep. Exercise. Drink at least 64 ounces of water. 2 glasses of wine this week. I drink on weekend.

Consistently maintaining my overall weight loss, even if I have not lost more..

Not waiting so long in the day to exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was far more conscious of calories, like I was in the beginning of this my journey. Meals were prep'd and eaten with more "clean eating" in mind.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sugar in-take. Always sugar in-take.

Exercise more, maybe begin Callenetics. Or, PiYo (if it is safe after Abdominal Surgery).

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did better this week with calories. Still ate " some of the strong foods, but not in so much excess, and certainly lesser amounts. I did purchase more "clean" food at the store. Still ha e SUCH a sweet tooth, and strangely, I have craved bread more. I was NEVER a bread eater!! Weird!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat more clean foods. Eat less fat. Dri k alcohol only one day per week.
