Non-scale victory of the week!

Increased my steps. Kept good track of Macro/Calories. Increased my H2O !

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not much has changed since the "start" of yesterday. However, I did log my water and food intake with my Fitbit ... so, that's a Win! It's dangerously hot out ... working out/walking may prove difficult

Unless I was "PERFECT" from the word go ... nothing. Okay, not have a piece of cake yesterday night.
