I am doing a high protein low carb diet and I fasted 3 days out of the past 10 days I think I have lost a lot of water weight with doing extremely low carb nothing over 20 grams a day a lot of times less I winder I g if I should transfer over to a keto diet as I have had friends lose weight pretty dramatically and easily, while staying full because of the high (good) fat that they are eating
