Non-scale victory of the week!

Not getting fast food! Over came that habit/urge many times this week, which was incredible after 8 months of daily junk food.

Sticking to whole foods and easing back into exercise...or going full bore on exercise. Both are good :) And more water!!!! And a healthy routine!! And not biting off more than I can chew at one time haha
